Where will my donation go?
Sailability Greater Tampa Bay is a volunteer-based organization with all volunteer Board Members. A minimal compensation is paid to our coordinator. Our ongoing costs include property and liability insurance, launch fees to the Clearwater Community Sailing Center, sailboat and sail maintenance, safety boat and motor maintenance, purchase of PFDs (Personal Flotation Device), storage boxes, Hoyer lift repair and replacement, docking supplies, etc. Your donation also supports scholarships for individuals such as our Special Olympics participants and others not able to afford our $25 fee per session.
